In Ethiopia they have these gigantic underground Coptic Christian cathedrals that date back hundreds of years.  I don't know too much about them, because while everyone else spent their rest days in Ethiopia looking at gigantic underground Coptic Christian cathedrals, I spent mine on the loo.  Which has since been declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
